Where is the store?

Castle Rose Boutique is an online store based out of Florida. We currently do not have a physical retail location and we operate exclusively online.

 

How long does it take to get an order?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking information. We typically ship First Class or Priority with USPS depending on the weight of your order. Most packages are delivered within 3-5 business days. At this time we do not offer rushed shipping. 

 

What is processing time?

Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes for our staff to package and ship your items and does not include the transit time it takes to reach you once the completed order has left our facility. Our usual processing time is 1-2 business days. We do not work on the weekend, so orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday. If we are running a big sale processing time can take up to 3-4 days. Holiday closures and USPS closures will also delay shipping. Please make sure to subscribe to our email list and follow us on social media for any updates on delivery time. 

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?
 
 
 
Yes! Once you've received the email with your tracking number, please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.

 

My shipment is lost what now? 

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. Please email our customer service customercare@castleroseboutique.com with your order number and we will determine what to do next. 

 

My package shows it was delivered back to sender? 

Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped when we receive it at the customers expense or refunded minus the original shipping fee. Please make sure your address including apartment, lots, building, trailer numbers etc. are typed in correctly.

 

My package shows delivered but I never received it?

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. Please contact your local post office and courier to see if they mistakenly scanned it delivered and or delivered it to the wrong address.

 

Canceling or changing orders

We do not accept changes once your order is processed so please make sure you have everything you need and correct sizes before you checkout. Cancellations must be emailed to us within the hour of your purchase. If your order has not been picked and packaged we can certainly cancel it for you. 

 

How do I start a return or exchange?

Here is the link to our return policy. When shipping your items back just leave a note with your order number and the size you would like in exchange or that you would like a refund. Carefully read our guidelines before returning your order. Clearance, Swimsuits and Holiday items are not returnable.
