RETURN POLICY

  • An item is only eligible for return or exchange within 14 calendar days of purchase date.

  • Please leave a note with your order number and the item(s) you are returning. If you are requesting an exchange please do the same and indicate the sizes you want in exchange.

  • Your are responsible for the return postage.
  • Clearance items are non refundable we will however honor exchanges assuming we have the item you are exchanging in the size you are requesting and it falls in the 14 day exchange policy. Please verify we have the item in stock on our website before sending your exchange.

  • Swim Suits are non refundable

  • Items must not be worn, washed, used and tags must be in place and must be placed into their original packing when returning.

  • If items are in less than perfect condition there will be no refund issued.

  • Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.

  • Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days.

  • Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods. Clearance items are final sale. Original Shipping is not refundable.

  • We are not responsible for missing packages when the package shows it was delivered to the address you provided. Please contact USPS or your local post office to file a claim we are happy to help with this process as well. 
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return.

  • We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
